EL7 230V Series AC servo products are a high performance AC digital servo which is designed for high accuracy position/velocity/torque control. With a power rating ranging from 400W up to 2kW which provides a perfect solution for different applications with easy tuning process.
EL7 series AC servo drives are using the latest Digital Signal Processing (DSP) chip and Intelligent Power Module (IPM) with compact components integration and great reliability. Using the best PID calculation for Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control, our EL7 series products are the one to beat in this product category.
- Servo drive with power rating from 400W to 2000W
- User-configurable I/Os: 4 DI, 3 DO, spring plug I/O port and 2 high speed touch probe input
- Equipped with internal regenerative resistor
- Position, velocity and torque loop control
- Servo functions including model following control (MFC), vibration suppression (Mechanical resonance and end vibration), friction compensation and auto gain adjustments
- Safety functions such as Safe Torque Off (STO), not SIL3 certified. Please use EL8 models if this is important
- Matching motors with power rating from 50W to 750W
- Motors with 23-bit magnetic/optical encoders
- Optional holding brake
